If all is well with U11+, I would really choose it over M10P.

The Super LCD quality is one of the best LCDs, closest one can come to an AMOLED display for an LCD.

The SD835 supports the market standard QC3.0, unlike the proprietary charging of M10P.

While the selfie cam of U11+ doesn't seem impressive, at least its beauty mode doesn't make an alien out of me like the M10P's

I did it with the S8. Seems to be the phone with biggest cash back. Few weeks ago there was a Starhub online promo, $109 with free wireless charger. Can easily sell off at $815. I had $50 recontract voucher too. In the end only $59 for the S8.

Bought from whymobile, but more ex than other retailer. But at least they have stocks. Just FOC one plastic clear case.

The Settings page in the Play Store App has an option called "Add Icon to Home Screen". Uncheck that as that option is checked by default. Works for ALL Android Devices.

Wrong place to look.
Open the Play Store App -> Click on the three lines next to the words 'Google Play' -> 'Settings'
The 'Add Icon to Home Screen' setting is the third one.
It's part of the Play Store App's native app settings, not the Google settings in your device.

Yes you are right. M1 only black. I am waiting for translucent black or silver which looks like blue to me.

And M1 proved my predictions correct on the Telco pricing of the U11+: SGD998 without contract, which also meant that the smaller U11 sees a SGD100 price cut (to SGD898) now on M1.
Also, their site may have shown just Ceramic Black available.
