Connect to a computer, and use file explorer to navigate and browse to the directory. It's likely there's a header file in that folder that marks "no media" or ignore or some sort.
I know android has this capability to hide media.

View and edit should be the stock gallery. Also take a screenshot of what is in ur album tab

OK I chose view n edit, can open but after that went back to gallery still same.

Went to pc and checked on properties of all the WhatsApp folders, none says hidden.

What he meant is there maybe a file named ".nomedia" in the folder that tells the gallery app that there is no media so the app will skip showing any media files from that folder. This ".nomedia" file is usually hidden becos Android like Linux treats any file with a "." in front as a hidden file.
In order for you to see this file, your file explorer need to support "show hidden files/folder" option.

Below is an example of the .nomedia in my cache folder (that tells any gallery app to ignore any media in that directory

Ahhhhh!!!!! OK finally solved jor. I went search .no media in whatsapp folder and deleted all of them....the folders finally appear.

Got this off firmware finder for M10P

Steps to upgrade:
1) download firmware finder from play store
2) search for the firmware (see pic below for the firmware version)
3) click check firmware access to make sure the firmware can be upgraded
4) click get an update thru DNS (beta) and click register update, after that click copy DNS
4) go-to your WiFi setting and long press on your router choose modify Network
5) check on advance option, go down to DNS and change it using paste since you have copied it before (remember your previous DNS becos you want to change it back after you get the update)
6) go to system update and check for update.. bingo!

Are u sure 128 is compatible? I checked on firmware finder and it says not. You can do full OTA. I tried partial it ended up downloaded 3 parts of the firmware


Edit: hmm in checked it again and now it says compatible..... I remembered checking it numerous times before going for 126

Thanks deckcard bro for your sharing! Finally can solve the annoying bluetooth issue.

Anyway for those bros who wanna update. The steps were listed above except for one step which I was stuck for a while. Before pasting the new DNS you have to change the IP first else you won't be able to save the new DNS

Seems like it's just tricking the device to believe it's time for the update. It's still official firmware released somewhere but not in Singapore yet

Good to be skeptical! I think for me as long it's still an official update pulled out by the phone's updater, and duly verified and all it's okay. As compared to downloading and flashing an update uploaded by random devs
