no, only when phone is off. u double tap vol down when at chrome will bring the ring volume down

try download hisuite on your pc first and update it to latest version before plugging in ur mobile phone. it works for me that way

already have hisuite installed on my pc. even went to the extend of uninstalling and reinstalling it since it was already on the latest version

Set up error for gmail in Mate 10 pro Email app

Hi, I just got the Mate 10 pro today and having a hard time to set up one of my gmail account in the Email app.
I have the same error initially on the other gmail account but after I went to gmail and allow less secured app and it worked.
But despite doing the same for another gmail account, same error keeps showing and prompted POP/IMAP may be disabled.
Anybody encountered this issue and able to resolve it?

Hi guys, just got a mate 10 pro and took a video today on my phone mount while riding a bike. Due to the vibration the video came out very wavy, like got no stabiliser.
Previously took a similar video with my nexus 6p but it was smooth with 0 wavy thing. Anybody know if theres any option to stabalise the video? Or the phone got no/lousy built in stabiliser?

after u plug in to your pc > give permissions on your phone (tap on yes) once promted > wait abt 15 secs > un plug the usb cable from ur phone > plug in again. see if it works, cause it works for me that way. make sure hisuite is running throughout the entire time. if still cannot then try on a windows 7 pc. mine is windows 10 and i encounter same problem as u but that method works tho.

Did you enable imap for your Gmail account?

Did you try using app password for your Gmail account instead of normal password?

I think the phone simply had lousy stabilization.

Edidlt: Just checked that stabilization is available in non high res and framerate video.

The stock one is a film only, don't like the feel of it.

Yeah think the stabalisation like non existent, cause I was videoing in stock settings which shld be 720p only. Meaning stabalisation is on, hopefully is software bugs and can be fix with an update

Managed to resolve it after using computer to change the “Allowed less secured app” in gmail account.. I thought I have enabled on Chrome in the hp but seems its not captured.

Just recontracted Mate 10 ytd. At Telco unsealed also 0% and they charge with generic charger... damn slo. Gave up and pass to the in store Huawei promotor. He mentioned that this is a batch issue. Factory didn't charge up the subsequent batches. They have feedback it le... But can't do much with those already shipped with a flat batt.

So it's not the case that the phone was left turned on till flat.

oh really? I recently bought the pink version and it was charged up to 60%.
