Huawei Mate 10

If you shoot a lot of photos, then P20 Pro is the phone anyone should get. I am reviewing it now and it is a leapfrog camera technology. No other imaging device can shoot night photos handheld for 4 seconds. Not even the best DSLR.

If you see comparison by China website, Sony A6000 only need ISO 1600 1/60 shuttle to beat the handle 4 second...

anyone bought from SingTel and using 134 update? Mate 10 pro.
The phone keep automatic download SingTel apps after I removed them.

It's seems like the mate 10 can withstand drops. I accidentally dropped mine on the concrete ground with screen facing down, from 2nd floor and the phone is functional, screen didn't crack too.

jokes aside, phones are becoming better cameras, but cameras are not becoming better phones.. so we all know where this is heading... eventually the compact cam segment will be relegated to dinosaur era and will leave the DSLRs for the pros and smartphones for the rest.

mine cracked on my 3rd day after dropped from waist height with screen facing down too..

Luckily Huawei have a 1-1 foc screen replacement for first 3 mth from purchase...

Compact cameras are also pushing the boundaries now in response to better phone cameras. For instance, compact cameras now comes with very long optical zoom, and larger sensors up to micro four third size which is approaching DSLR sensor size.

Sure they can't be used to make calls, but the form factor of the phone greatly limits how much the camera can improve over time. There's a reason why good cameras can't get much smaller.

For daily fun shots, phone cameras work well enough. However, nothing can replace a full fledge camera when you want to get good shots.

I had that issue too. But seem to have resolved it by disabling this system app called "Singtel Apps". After that, the Singtel apps you mentioned doesn't get installed automatically. Hope this helps!

anyone face any issue with DBS/POSB new digital token?

No respond when i click on "Tap to Proceed". But the rest of screen is working fine like "Cancel this transaction" at the bottom of the screen and "i" for information at the top right corner..

Always tot I am a small phone fans, after 2 years of IPhone SE I want to switch try big phone since no development in small factor phone, after using Mate 10 one week I am loving it, will not switch back to small phone already, cuz phone nowadays have many productivity usage, bigger screen the better!
