I brought about 200 . The overall of the phone no dents no crack just new phone. The battery health is also good. Good buy. Free Huawei USB earplugs. No lags and no issue. My battery which I use my phone from 7am to 8pm till I reach home. Left about 10% or less 5%. I not sure is it good compare the old Emui 8. Use for whatapps , YouTube, Facebook, take photo , making calls and internet usage. Sometime games lights games. maybe I consider to change my phone battery $49.90 .

Replacement of alumimium frame

Has anybody managed to replace the aluminum frame of the standard Mate 10 at Huawei's service centre? Mine is cracked along with the glass back cover. Huawei's website only quotes for the back cover. I asked them for the cost of the aluminum frame and was told that the back cover includes the frame because it is a unibody design. But this is not true, as I have seen youtube tutorials on the replacement of the glass back cover and it is a separate piece from the side frame. Hope someone has some knowledge on this. Don't want to waste a couple of hours at the service centre and find out it's not worth to do the replacement. Thanks!

If they said so then you bring the phone for them to change lo. See what they tell you on the spot.

I use Baseus. They have one particular model that supports Huawei's SuperCharge technology - provided you are using Huawei's original charger.

I just saw the ifixit disassembly pictorial of the bezel.

if they are gonna charge you the back cover price of $59, I'll take up immediately. the mid plate is such a hassle to change.

if your phone is still under warranty, I think they will not charge any labour fee.

if not, just go on the 1st Sat and Sun of the month, where they will waived off the labour fee.

I'm using one from value$ shop for 5. Also will have super charging with original charger. The cable is thick enough to support supercharging

i see, i did a quick check on lazada, im seeing 3 diff models though...

any advise on which one should i purchase?

I didn't buy online at that time because these online sellers did not include photo of the packaging and there wasn't much description about their usb c cables being able to support supercharge or not (it was all about QC back then).

If you go to those Remax shops or the hp accessories shops in SLS, you can look closer at the packaging. They have many usb c charging cables, but most of them indicates they have the QC quick charge (which is different tech from Huawei supercharge). There's only one with a sticker that says compatible with Huawei super charge.

But then I bought my cables about 1.5 years ago, so maybe since then they have came up with more models that support Huawei Supercharge. I guess if the online links did specify in the description that they do support Huawei supercharge (which all 3 links that you provided apparently do support), you can go for it. I would go for either first or second though - the cable seems more durable than the one shown in the third link.

If I change my battery within the warranty period, is it still free of charge? Any hidden cost?
