For a moment i tot the Bluetooth dropping issue is eliminated but it came back!

I might try to see can downgrade to .126 and give it a try

Hmm weird I didn't hv any Bluetooth issues when I was using it with my earpiece. Maybe remove and repair again?

I tried and still the same with my wf-1000x.

Just my Plantronics hands free earpiece. I haven't tried on my headphone yet

Connection issue I can still resolve by turn off Bluetooth and earphones then turn on again.

But recently my Bluetooth earphones control not working anymore, I cannot pause or fast forward songs using my earphones. This I still unable to solve.

Hi everyone everyone. New user here with m10 pro. Quite impressed with this China made hp. Any idea how do I stop the WhatsApp notification popping up in the home screen. Previously with Samsung, just need to go WA setting but now the notification still appear. TIA!

Try updating to the latest .128 firmware.
Works for me to detect, connect and use my Bluetooth devices with M10.

Just gotten my M10P to replace my M9P.

Can anyone please advise on why my Dropbox app keeps crashing soon after i clicked on it?

I have already:-

a. Uninstall and reinstall
b. Clear cache

Oreo has alot more control over notification. If don't want notification, just change from Apps setting to toggle notification off

Nope. Kept it default. I even try to remove my pair Huawei watch cos I thought might be interfering but still the same. Now trying to a full reset now

I used to own Samsung hp. For example if there is a WhatsApp or any other app message coming in there will be an icon at the top left corner of the phone. But it seems M10P doesn't have this. Or I miss out some setting?

One more qn for the experts here. Can the 2nd SIM slot used for external memory card?

There is an icon. Maybe you hv turned notification off? Go to Settings->Apps & Notifications->Apps->WhatsApp->Notification to adjust accordingly

Drop my m10pro for the first time yesterday

Anyway just curious when I use fb will hang halfway.. Funny thing only started after I drop the phone.. Or coincidence? Haven't updated my phone to the latest software yet. Will that help?
