I'm still on 126

the system did not print any update when when I click on it.

Finally found out how it works. 129 and 131 not signed and hence can't be installed via firmware finder. Tried 128 and it works

Was trying firmware finder based on forum's suggestion. It kept saying its not approved for installation when using imei to check. Any idea why is that so? Btw latest version is 131.

Hi guys wanna check how does the warranty work ? Can’t find on the website to register my phone but when I type my imei it show the expire date .

Have anyone successfully went down for service or repair without original receipt , only show them thru the warranty status page ?


I do have a soft copy of the original receipt thou

Problem - If you are navigating say Facebook, or Instagram or any other App, once you received a whatsapp msg, from the top there will be a drop down on the whatsapp msg. Anyways to disable the "drop down" from the top? Appreciate display the whatsapp sign on the top for new messages, but do not want the "drop down" kind of notification. Been toggling the phone settings for awhile but still cannot disable that "drop down" effect, anyone facing similar issues?

This one should be the default behaviour of Android whatsapp app. Nothing to do with phone settings. My WhatsApp on my Samsung note 4 also experienced this despite all notifications off.

Try to go to the whatsapp app settings under applications manager (not sure if Huawei UI calls it the same thing), off the "preview in pop up". See if it works if you switch it off. (I just noticed this option when I go look at the app settings after reading your post, and mine was on by default. Haven't try to off it so not sure if this helps.)

i went to a neighbourhood handphone shop and they quoted me $780. not sure if it is safe to buy from these shops

guys, while doing the phone cleanup, the phone manager detected some unused apps. so I conveniently allow the phone manager to uninstall it, not knowing that some looks like Android system apps. would there be any issue with that?

I just bought my Mate 10 from hitec mobile shop at $750. Last time they were at funan, now they moved to bugis junction lv3. Bought my dad's phones with them when they were at funan, and I experienced a very good after sales service with them. Since then I kept going back to them liao. I no earn commission, and they oso dunno my name, so this is not exactly an advert I hope haha.
