Ordered mate10 pro from Singtel online shop yesterday. I am currently using Mate8, maybe among the 1st generation of Huawei user in Singapore, bought it from Lazada Dec-2015.

Have to say that Mate 8 performed beyond my expectation, battery still strong and no lag yet after more than 2 years usage; meanwhile, the LG G5 I bought from Singtel May-2016 became very lagging and battery sucks even I only use it as a spare phone.

Hope Mate10 can be as good as Mate 8 in terms of durability.

My was charged till 60 percent. Blue color though. Also with older firmware as I have updated myself

I bought the Pink limited edition last weekend and it also came pre-charged to 60%.

Also, now I know why previous S8 users who switched over to M10P said they never looked back The M10P is indeed good stuff, the battery life is better than I expected

worse phone of all.

super laggy and need to charge at least 2 times plus a spare batt.

Just recontracted Mate 10 ytd. At Telco unsealed also 0% and they charge with generic charger... damn slo. Gave up and pass to the in store Huawei promotor. He mentioned that this is a batch issue. Factory didn't charge up the subsequent batches. They have feedback it le... But can't do much with those already shipped with a flat batt.

So it's not the case that the phone was left turned on till flat.

bought my m10 pro last wk end from Hp Inspiration, battery was also half charged upon first power on. just could not recall wat percentage it was on, probably 50+ per cent...

I just hope to see more functions to be incorporated into the fingerprint sensor.

when I was using the loan phone P9, the rear fingerprint allows the user to scroll the photos by swiping left and right, and bring down the notification/shortcuts menu by swiping down.

ah, I'm using M10 non pro.

hehe but doubt difficult to implement it on m10, as the home button is already incorporated with back, home and recent.

yes but the batt mgmt is very aggressive, like MIUI where they like to close anything and everything just to save power. I find myself going into the batt page a few times a day just to see what is running and what's not.

Then the other quirk is that the wifi isn't very good/compatible with singtel routers. I read got other guys experience it before where even though the wifi is connected, there's no connection and this happens usually after the phone has been sitting there connected to wifi for awhile.My lao ban niang has been complaining she surf FB the the videos keep buffering but when i use SpeedTest to test, i get 130mpbs .

Totally agree. At least give face unlock la. even that one also don't have. The 5T got face unlock and I hardly use the back fingerprint scanner at all since I am using a casing that wakes the phone when i open it.

Anyone senior can teach me how to like MeRadio running? Apparently the music will stop when the screen is off. I tried to off the battery optimisation for the MeRadio app, still the same..

IMO Mate 10 cause it's cheaper, but doesn't really lose to M10P.

Yeah. I went for pro because i want the waterproofing.
