anyone noes how to set spell check? I am using Gboard and settings show that the spell check is enabled, however when a word is misspell the red line is not reflected.

I think it don't work that way. Go to gboard settings and turn on word suggestions and auto correct.

Honor brand is not officially sold here. Wait a while. If can't just buy from 3rd party importer.

Now I got both Mate 9 and Mate 10. Gonna keep my beloved Mate 9 as spare phone.

Oreo is a pain in the ass for Fitbit Notification Service. Keep shutting down the process when I clear the memory. Anyone has any idea how to solve this? Tried the ignore battery optimisation but doesn't work either.

Need to set it manually. It's under Settings -> Battery -> launch

Btw for those who tried using the Monochrome mode, is it hard to get a good picture?

Like it's easier to be blur, compared to normal coloured. Taking the same photo, color then monochrome, a lot of times color sharper.

And I feel like the sharpness and detail is much lower than colored, like if you zoom in texts, can see the monochrome not as sharp.

Did you turn off vivid mode in the camera view finder?
I use smooth mode.

Maybe edit it and turn down the contrast?

Apparently you cannot turn it off in current FW, the only way is to use pro mode.

But.... According to this site, https://www.androidauthority.com/huawei-mate-10-update-p20-ai-scene-recognition-849807, you can turn it off in Oreo 8.1 update.

Hopefully we can get the update soon.
