Hopefully they are working on rolling out the 8.1 instead directly.

Bring some of the newer features to Mate 10 series, such as the ability to disable the AI for photography.

Btw I see P20 series, can swipe to the left for Google panel, currently 8.0 cannot? Only can use EMUI's widget and not Google's?

I am hoping they will release new 8.1 to m10 also...

It's a tricky app.... Basically Samsung app health does not work on mate 10.

Google fit somehow is working ....

So I purchased Health Sync app, to sync the steps to Samsung health. It will create a tracker called "Health Sync", just like if you connect any fitness tracker band to Samsung Health.

Then update the health 365 app to read from "Health sync" tracker instead of phone.

This is how I got my steps back...

Actually, Samsung Health app also does not work on Mate 9 also after upgrade to Orea (before Orea the step count is working well).

How much is the Health Sync app cost?

Last year is the first time I notice Huawei. Thinking to get Huawei or Sony.
Sony has been out of the smart phone business already imo.

Their phone bezel is big and the OS update I think is slow too.. nothing interesting in Sony phone nowadays

3 to 4 sgd.

But I have got free Google play credit from doing survey in Google opinion rewards app.

So it is technically free for me ... Hahaha

I think just less frequent...

And on Huawei you have to constantly open the app to ensure it doesn't get killed in background... I noticed that if I don't open it frequently, the survey will stop notifying me.

is this mate 10 pro a good buy at $700 for second hand? looking at carousell and this seems to be the market rate for those around 2-3 months old.
