If it is the green screen problem, contact them by phone or facebook. phone is fasted and you can push them a bit. facebook it takes a while before they respond.
they will let you know when you can go down for exchange. bring box and phone only, other stuff such as cable you can keep.
do backup first before you go.
at the counter they will not check the screen. they onky check whether phone is damaged on the surface. then wait for 30mins to an hour because they transfer your warranty to the new phone.

Well so technically I head down today, they see the screen problem, they give me a new phone immediately? So why the queue? Or I'm missing some pointers?
