If it is the green screen problem, contact them by phone or facebook. phone is fasted and you can push them a bit. facebook it takes a while before they respond.

they will let you know when you can go down for exchange. bring box and phone only, other stuff such as cable you can keep.

do backup first before you go.

at the counter they will not check the screen. they onky check whether phone is damaged on the surface. then wait for 30mins to an hour because they transfer your warranty to the new phone.

thats it.

Well so technically I head down today, they see the screen problem, they give me a new phone immediately? So why the queue? Or I'm missing some pointers?

their fb team and their customer service like never communicate one, I already changed last friday. Ytd night they FB message me ask me go down :s13::s22:

I message them on wednesday via facebook. Yesterday , they called me asking me to bring down to 313 for inspection and exchange. Went there today around 130pm. Waited for 2hrs for my turn and the staff said no record (wah piangz). I showed them the FB messages and have to wait another 1 hr for inspection and transferring of IMEI. left the place around 4:40pm.

Overall took me 3 hrs.

hi,just bought the mate 20 pro phone . if got green tint issue . have to contact hw thru facebook?

Be sure to bring the original box (no need to include accessories like chargers) as they need to verify IMEI

Going to get mine replaced today. Brought everything except the reciept. Just recieved my redemption letter from Singtel as well for the wireless charger. I held it out as mine is only visible if its totally dark at home. On top of dark room with lowest brightness its rather nasty and bad though. And I was waiting out alittle longer so to hopefully give Huawei sometime to make sure the sets they replaced are quality checked and tested. Or at least those of you who have gotten it replaced, so far is it working fine without any signs of screen bleed? Cus I read online some BOE screens also have the issues. Oh, and I also read apparently visual and brightness wise LG screens seems significantly better than BOE screens. Not sure if these are true. If BOE screens does not give the green tint, I guess that will probably be a trade off with the visual quality and brightness than having a faulty green screen.. 😅

Note to those who are going to exchange phones. They are giving out the 10k supercharge power banks. However, you have to ask for it otherwise they'll just not bother.
This is my experience though, so i cant promise that they wont change this policy or the free gift.

I did the exchange today. Only brought the receipt (which they didn't check at all) and the phone. You do have to ask for the free powerbank if not they probably will not give it to you.

Lol. I stupid sia.. Go and put my charger inside the box.. They did not return me as I tried to hint if I need to put the items in. And I tried to ask for the powerbank and was told no such thing. So i left without one.. But the guy told me will help me check and if there is they will contact me to deliver to me. But sounds too good to be true. Sounds nice is check for me, but usually won't and where got so nice check already send to you. Hahaha. Oh well, technically Mate 20 Pro I wont get to use it as the battery really solid. Double checked it is BOE screen, no green tint and rumored LG screen looks nicer and brighter doesnt seem legit imho. Hopefully it wont turn up after a week or so. Not putting screen protector etc first, until my exchanged set is legit. 😅😂

That day i asked for it...but i think i suay suay entertained by the supervisor that doesnt wants to give out to me. She said is for those that reported between a period of time will be given the power bank (simi excuse lai de:s22: ).

I think she is the supervisor because she scold one of the staff why give out the powerbank to another guy who suppose not to be able to get it.:s22:
