Have you solve your problem? It could be a bug, or just few of us.
this is my 2nd set of mate 20pro and it still have the same problem. My SIM 1 will become "No Service" after a while. I have both Starhub Sim, one postpaid and 1 prepaid and i don't understand why my postpaid is always having problem. When i swop my postpaid sim to Sim 2. it works perfectly. But when i switch it back to Sim 1 for postpaid sim, it will become deactivate after a while...any one has this issue? I did a one to one and same thing happen so i suspect it is a bug. Those who use two SIMs, any issue?

The other issue is also a bug, both my sets has the same problem with email app. i use the email app for my company using the Exchange type and it will keep clashing while you read your email or perform any tasks. Ok so this is under "PUSH". If i select sync after 15min or Xmin, the problem solved! So i think this is a bug, whenever the email app try to sync, it clash. And when i set to certain timing then sync, it is ok.

Anyone with these issues?

I went down to Huawei Service Centre. They suspect I used Phone Clone to transfer everything from LG to M20Pro, including LG system files and this may have messed up the Huawei system. They may be right.

I need to do factory reset again and transfer data selectively now. Glad that they know their stuffs. Thanks again to everyone who tried to help. I highly appreciate it.

To those planning to use Phone Clone, do take note of this.

So far my gripe has been with the bleeding at the edge of the screen, exiting pubg due to notifications and the ui needs some time getting used to.

I just got the Mate 20 Pro Twilight today. No sign of nice aftermarket cases yet though the tempered glass like whitestone is available already. Got the screen protector applied and currently using the clear case supplied in the box.

Any recommended good quality clear cases ???

Where u do your mate 20 Pro whitestone? Fingerprint sensor affected by it?

Currently using spigen bumper for the phone, all round protection pretty good

Do a factory reset, put postpaid in sim 1 and default data sim also sim 1. Do not change default data sim to sim 2. See if there's any more issue. There's a bug when u change default data sim. Leave the prepaid sim at sim 2, do not change anything. This is my previous experiences.

But when i go oversea, i will switch to Sim 2 for roaming data....So it is a bug? I might need to go down again...sign....highend phone like that...waste time and energy!

any other suggestion?
And the email no one has issue? I am sure it is a bug as both the set experience the same thing.

Bleeding at the edge? Is it defective? Meaning there are gaps. Will it affect the IP property? Can take a Pic to show us the bleeding?

Hi folks. Will the Huawei Mata 20 Pro UD variant from China (8gb ram + 256gb rom - me kiasu, want bigger specs) work in Singapore? (i.e. Cellular signal, 4G, google playstore, payment apps, updates)? I have a friend in China who can help me get the phone and ship to Sg. If it does work, keen to get that variant, which is only available in China.
