If the 20x lasts longer, I will.
I have to compare both first.

it definitely will. if it doesn't then there's something seriously wrong with the X where 1000mAh more doesn't translate to better batt life.

there's a video comparing the X with 20 and 20P and X lasted longest, though it was a prototype so had some issues with some apps. Next was the 20 then the 20P

Me. In fact my wife went for the Pro while I went for the regular Mate as I'm not a fan of curved screen but one thing I noticed is the ultra wide angle on the Mate 20 Pro has better distortion control than the regular Mate 20 and generally the photos came out more detailed and sharper on the Pro. Now tempted to switch to the Pro just for the camera difference.

wah i haven't buy...don't tempt me

You have to take into account that the m20x screen size is 0.67" bigger too.

I think really have to see what is more important to you. Regular Mate 20 has a much bigger screen but the color and contrast is so much better on the Pro cos of the Amoled screen.

yup it really depends. Personally I like 20x but the size can be a little big for me at least

Eh no one is trying out brave browser? Chrome sucks up a lot of battery juice. And the performance on brave won't lose except it does not sync like Chrome.

Yes I am holding a rooted max 3 anyway which can hit average 20hrs. Ever hit 25hrs SOT on a rooted max 2.
The reason why I got M20 is I was skeptical on its battery longevity as well as its 7NM chipset.
All these despite I knew that bootloader of huawei phones nowadays can't be unlocked.

Teach me sensei.. Is it when u have a lot of apps installed even when u don't use them they eat SOT? I have a lot of apps that I don't use (but keep just in case), and I disable background on them

Can you share screenshot of your battery usage?
