How did you contact then? It seems like the hotline is helpless regarding this issue. It's luke they don't have aby coordination with 313 somerset branch. Also i tried messaging then in facebook but got no response yet.

I spam them daily on fb till they reply. Don't bother calling the hotline. They will just tell u to go down to 313 or tell u it is normal

Nope they didn't check. Just took the box and old phone then told me to come back half an hour later for them to transfer the warranty. U can keep the accessories.

We know they have stocks and now chionging sales at sitex

But priority should be making good the defect sets whom many are their ardent supporters and queued up for it

Just my thought haha I just bought and so far no issues but I think stock should quench the replacement first then new sales

May be Huawei didn't foresee that there are too many defective units across the regions and did not set aside enough replacement units....
