what version are you on? I think i'm also facing the same problem but unable to confirm. What i know is that I do not have the digital balance in my settings.

I am on version 9.0.0.108, which I know to be not the latest on when I compared to my friend.

yup im on the same version as you, without the digital balance also. I received an update noti of abt 600mb just now while setting up my phone,but cus i was restoring my whatsapp data so i didnt update rightaway.
After that when i update, the update file is only 108mb or smth like that.

yeah so I suspect since we are not on the latest versions of emui we don't get all the latest capabilities. honestly i'm just glad that I managed to get a BOE set out of the box on my first purchase yesterday.

whatsapp is a pain in the ass for me cos I came from iphone. gotta figure out how to transfer over my whatsapp and somemore pay $10 for the wazzapmigrator app to do so. sigh.

Why cannot do whatsapp chat backup from iphone to Google drive and then restore it in your HW WhatsApp?

yeap. But i really like the ai zoom function, allows me to lock on my subject. Hopefully they roll this out on our devices soon!

I know what u mean. My 20 x which is 8gb ram used to watch videos n play games while 20 pro as main phone.

Can't backup to google drive from iphone. Whatsapp doesn't allow, only can do so to icloud on an iPhone.

You should hands on m20x at Huawei store. There's no issue with it and mate 20.
M20x has loud powerful stereo speakers which produce good quality of sounds.
Not for everyone especially if you have small hands.

Using the Mate 20. Great phone. Nice flat LCD panel that is bright enough. Dislike the curved sides of the screen on the Pro. Also like the wider and larger screen. Find the Pro too narrow and long. Battery life under heavy usage is good. I can get around 9-10hrs screen on time. Camera is good. Overall fast and responsive.

Received a call from Huawei for the 1 to 1 exchange of my mate 20 pro lg screen with green tint at 313 last night and I got my new phone today with BOE screen. So far so good. They also gave me a free powerbank. I hope i don't get any problems.. Also my friend got a postpaid plan at M1 and got BOE screen too.

Sadly its an LG-01 panel.
Hopefully won't have to head down to the 313 service centrer
