send to service before 2 years expiry. normally the battery capacity is significantly dropped. they will update FOC

checked and the price for replacing battery is $30 (labor) + $19 (new battery).

maybe can do that 2 years later if battery capacity worn out.

They said they might not be getting the old one anymore, but if a lot of people ask for it, they might bring it back, so call them or go down and ask them for the old one!

Also, the old one was the perfect size and fits perfectly. The new one has a lot of issues, looks ugly and essentially renders the curve side of ur phone useless coz it stops mid-curve.

Hi guys, I have jus renew my contact with singtel and obtained Huawei p20 pro with wireless charger redemption letter. Anybody know on top of the orginal singtel invoice, if is my ID still required to redeem the wireless charger from 313 Somerset

Redemption details says you need to provide the original form duly completed and signed by customer and need to present original ID or passport, original proof of purchase documents and including printed invoice with receipt.

looks similar to what i had before. but last time, mine is dot matrix and the glue only at the sides only, so once it pop up then cant put back alr... wasted my $15. am using a similar case to yours right now, thinking about whether i should make the trip down for the new one or wait for the old one.

It's personal taste, really. Do you want more flexibility with different cases at the expense of lesser coverage or vice versa. But for the money, you get more glass lol

Anyone has recommendation for mate 20 nonpro screen protector that covers the entire bezel?
I recently replaced to tempered glass but the darkened borders has created a bezel that is covering my screen.

I tried before. Their work station so messy and dirty. The person who did my phone tried a few glasses but kept having some dust inside. I also realised because of the multiple installations there’s glue slipped onto my earpiece receiver. The guy insisted it was not done by him. Zzz. Lucky I managed to remove the dried glue on my own without damaging my phone.

Never gonna go to them neither will I ever recommend them at all.

And the glue was still leaking at the sides and kena the buttons. Have to wipe continuously to remove the glue in case they got stuck with the buttons. The guy said it's normal for glue to leak wor. But I insisted for him to cure longer so that it won't continue to leak. He did in the end, but somehow reluctant. But he did use some sticker to cover the earpiece for my case

The way they handle the phones is unhygienic and messy. The guy (I believe is the boss) told me he can't control if there's dust below the glass. I was like duh of cos u can, it's because their work station is so messy and dirty. Sure he did use sticker to cover the receiver but that doesn't mean glue can't sip through the sticker. If the glue can sip through wouldn't it mean there's a lot of glue overflowing? It shouldn't be like that.

When he returned the phone to me its like so oily everywhere and I had to tell him to kindly clean up zzz.

Comparing the service standard between gwmobile and rwm is heaven and earth.
