not forgetting the risk u take allowing a communist country to steal ur data/credentials which result in most european countries already ban them. i'd go for samsung for security and privacy concerns.

LOL lansai la u Edward Snowden issit?

Pls la your data isn't worth the effort of mining it. As if Samsung and apple don't have backdoors for authorities to exploit also.

You're as retarded as Trump if u believe all that **** about Huawei

Ur Samsung and apple also does that. Ops sorry. Even your mac or windows also does that.

Eh mate.sorry to tell you that ur Facebook and IG also does that.

Ops sorry, even your banks and other things that u sign also does that.

I am sorry to tell you that Google is doing that also.

I am sorry again. Even free apps that you downloaded also tracking your usuage and stealing your data.

Everyone is stealing and using your data without your permission.

You think you are smart? In fact they out smart you.
Sony and Nokia,Cisco net work are allowing opening backdoor for USA also.

USA is trying to make a law to force all tech companies to open a backdoor for them.

the answer is obvious to choose huawei mate 20 pro or samsung s10.

s10 is 4-5 months NEWER than mate 20 pro but only has minimal improvements, and even some aspects still lose to mate 20 pro.

s10 being newer costs much few hundreds more as well.

its obvious samsung is playing catch up to huawei. even the newly released foldable phone, Huawei's version is so much better than samsung's.

Wait till March end, when Huawei P30 releases, it will sweep S10 away.

Samsung already lost the game here.

as for the spying part, dont lame. you superstar? or president? even if you are being spied they have no interest in u.

hahaha i think he meant to search for the Playstore APK, but its far more troublesome than that

Then most likely you need to root and look for rest-of-world installation file, assuming they don't "lock" the phone to the region it's intended for.

Had to do that for my brother's China version of lenovo pad.

I bought China's version of Xiaomi mipad 4 plus. No need to root. Just need to install Google services, Google framework, google store etc.

But if the phone is locked to various chnia telcos only based on sim card, then can't use.

In using 2 mate 20x. One from local and the other from China. China set just need playstore apk, install it and Google framework and play services also in. In fact, I love China version more as the Google apps are not baked in. Its much cleaner than local sets. It does come with some China apps but its able to uninstall and not bake in.

Not the bloatware..

Example.. when you adjust the brightness level & turn off the auto adjust, then you restart the mate 20 pro, the auto adjust will automatically turn on..

while samsung when you adjust your brightness and turn off the auto adjust, then restart the samsung device, the settings is still there

Ya agree. I also find that irritating. I really regret getting mate20p. Feels like mate9 was better.

Mate 20 only win on processor speed unless local Samsung bring in the SD 855 version.
Screen and camera is particularly good for S10 vs mate 20. Even S9 or Note 9 win although it don't have more lensbvw mate 20.

Software wise, Huawei is much behind. However, price is cheap now as price has drop a few times since launch.

If you are referring to mate 20 pro. Then you can forget about it. Those display set with screen burn in effect is very visible even note 9 or s9 has much longer display time in those outlet.

Anyone on 20X, facing insensitive/sluggish keyboard using Whatsapp? Sometimes, it's like frozen typing and some alphabets are missing after you complete typing.
