Me too. :(

Tried and tried but pc and laptop are not unable to detect reader and hence HW nano card unaccessible....:(

same for me. i think it's faulty. FB message them months ago and no reply. gave up. i just used wired to the pc.

Now outside shop selling new set mate 20 pro less than $700, still thinking should I grab it or not.

Need to be careful as I remember reading that only phones purchased and activated before 16 may are guaranteed the updates after the 90 day reprieve. So its tricky for phones which are purchased after 16 may. Can probably get a used set for a pretty good price though?

Not according to the phone model but purchase date? How Google know when I purchase the phone??

Anyone has problems with closing app? Like if u press the bin, there is some apps that are unable to close after pressing
