Singapore is still stuck at 2 month old update (9.0.0.243), with April Security Path.

Mate 20 Pro (Non-Telco Set) using Starthub.

Quite similar to Chrome interface, which is what I'm used to so I'm happy! A bit Sian cos my bookmarks and passwords not there but just a minor inconvenience

Kiwi browser can backup bookmarks. Have you tried this browser? Got night mode too.

I see m20pro has lte high speed mode setting which is disabled by default. Does it work in Singapore? I tried to enable it but not sure if there is a difference

Are you still using the phone?
Yes there's a speed difference. Local major telcos should support it.

Can anyone please point me to a good screen protector for M20Pro, shopped on lazada abit but no experience with hydrogel or TPG for this phone and reviews abit vague lol, cant seem to rely on it.

i charge to 100%, before sleep use a bit until 98%, wake up become 94%, is it normal?

How long did your phone left on standby?
If 8hrs, and you're not living underground, that was quite ok.
Like mine drops 1% every hour at work due to underground reception not good.

Drops 1% every 3-4 hrs at home when asleep.

If you're on M1 infrastructure, battery tends to drop faster, maybe due to the lack of fast dormancy.

that was back when i just got the phone, but battery life have been still good so far, sometimes if i never go out, can last me two days

Maybe you can try HiSuite, update through PC.For some unknown reason, My Mate 20 used to not getting firmware updates through ota and hicare, but when i tried hisuite, i can get latest firmware.

Hi all, I keep having my lock screen showing 'slide to open' even though I have my fingerprint all set up. I have to reset my fingerprint mgmt N set again. Is anyone experiencing similar? What is wrong?

Ever since I have my fingerprint set,I never seen 'slide to open' anymore.
Because I press my finger onto the scanner and it immediately unlock the phone. Prompt.

Prefer the scanner on the back,works much better than on screen.

Prob is I have my fingerprint setup perfectly but after sometime the 'slide to open' will appear. And phone can be easily accessed. Not sure why.
Reboot the phone. And sometimes it will go back with unlock with fingerprint shown on lockacreen. Sometimes it doesn't.
