To check whether the phone is compatible with your current telco VoLTE, go to a spot where 4G is strong. Call someone, if the 4G icon is still there it means your phone can use VoLTE on your calling network. If 4G changed to 3G or H+ on a voice call, it means your phone is not compatible
I'm on singtel. No VoLTE in sg.
The Kirin 960 supports VoLTE according to the technical specs. I guess it's down to singtel here.

non tempered glass right? i heard the tempered glass also very small just to avoid this problem, like that still worth to buy tempered glass or not?

i think stick with normal plastic SP is better, unless a perfect fit curved TGSP is available, but that requires a highly skill applicator

Product Model: Mate 9 Dual SIM(MHA-L29)
Warranty: Your device warranty is till 2017-11-28 in Singapore.

only 1 year nia... so its 1 year or 2 years?
I have checked with the staff over at Huawei Store at 313. Confirmed 2 years. Different country has different warranty policy so it will only show 1 year when checked using the website. But be rest assured that it has 2 years warranty after confirming with the staff.
