Recalibrated my battery and seems a little more stable and no heating up anymore. But the mobile data will still auto switch off after I disconnected from WiFi after a long usage, particularly the next morning when I wake up and left the house when no longer connected to wifi. Anyone experiencing this issue??

Anyone also connect their phone to smart bands? My phone is not always well-connected to xiao mmiband2. It shows connected but in order to get notification, I will always need to reset the permission multiple times a day. Had no issue with other phones

Can you explain your problem more clearly. What do you mean by "mobile data Auto switch off?"

If you use WiFi, you turn on WiFi else turn on Mobile Data. Whats up with that????

If I understand correctly, you mean that when you go to sleep. You disable your WiFi but kept your mobile data on. There is an option in mobile data where you can keep mobile data on. Maybe you want to check that

Mobile Data > Click Gear in top right > Mobile Network Setting

Checked on aida64, lpddr4.
But how to check whether it's ufs2.1 or not?

go download androbench from playstore. for p10 there's 3 segment ofsequential reading speed, ~250+MB/s, ~500+MB/s and ~750MB/s.
The lowest one is definitely emmc. ~500+ one is eiter ufs2.0 or ufs2.1 TLC, the highest one is ufs2.1 MLC. If you're the one with lowest reading speed, ithink can try your luck at requesting for exchange to a better one.

In China they're trying to get over it by saying a single component is not the main determining factor in performance, but false advertisement is false advertisement and they shouldn't be free to do this.

Here's the link to playstore.

P10 or mate 9 is not using eMMC memory. That for sure as I am using them currently. They are using UFS memory and trust me you don't feel the different in speed unless you are using eMMC.

There are people tested and found that their device is using eMMC.
Here's the link to a more reliable article (it's in Chinese though).

If you're lucky and got the better memory chip, that's good for you. But what about those that paid the same money and got the inferior memory chip?:s13:

I hope it doesn't happen on Mate 9. This nonsense is gonna damage their reputation..

Hello all! been reading quite abit of this thread to know more about the Mate M9..

iPhone6 going to ki cha soon and i dowan ip7 or 8 cos no 3.5mm jack and dont wish to jump on the samsung ship..

Currently thinking between this and the Asus Zenfone3 Deluxe...

But this is quite enticing for me due to the battery life... just need to get used to no buttons on the bottom...

I wanna ask if i use other adaptor and cable, isit able to charge the phone?
If yes, how long approx? does it charge at 2A?

And what are the cons of this phone? (Pros all the reviews have said alot.. just wanna know the cons from you users firsthand)

Thankssss

Get the Mate 9. Asus doesnt make good phones IMO.
It can charge using other chargers and cablea. Max 2.4A which is the standard nowdays with all chargers.

The proprietary charger and cable (you need both the charger and original cable it came with) uses up to 4.5A. Which is Huawei's version of the Qualcomm QuickCharge.

Cons for me:
Not as good for point and shoot, especially low light.
Not water resistant.
Supercharging needs the original charger and cable to work. And doesnt work with other fast charging technologies.

Those cons is not a deal breaker for me.
The battery life is impressive, got 10 SOT when stayed at home the whole day.
The supercharging is quick.
Speaker quality is better than Note 5.
Huge screen is a plus.
and they're quite fast with updates.

The cons for me is we had to wait for Huawei to update the OS when Google release a new version of Android.

There are also some bloatware that cannot cannot be uninstalled.

Both of these cons are on all branded devices. Hopefully some day we will have pure vanilla Mate series.
