Hi Xiaofan and rest of Nova 5t users here,

was keen on this phone too (nova 5t), but searching around, i noted the case and accessories for this phone is quite limited. Thus can i check with you guys:

1) does this phone come with a default case out of the box?

2) does this phone come with pre-applied screen protector out of the box?

3) anywhere u manage to find nova 5t casing (armour type) and tempered glass screen protector?

As mentioned by the other reply, Yes to 1 and 2.

For 3 I know Taobao has all kinds of casing and tempered glass screen protector.

I am now using the default case and the pre-applied screen protector for my Nova 5T.

For my main phone Huawei P20, I bought the case and tempered glass screen protector from Taobao after about one year of usage.

Running Android 10 based EMUI 10.0.0.211 now. EMUI10 upgrade was quite some time ago.

Hi hi, had bought but not started to use yet. i gotten the purple colour one.
Then after i gotten, suddenly saw there are also Nova 7i and Nova 7 SE. So many new models.

Those models are without Google GMS.

HW wise both are pretty decent, Nova 7i is 4G phone based on Kirin 810 (less powerful than Kirin 980 in Nova 5T but pretty good). It is a bit cheaper than Nova 5T but not by much.

Nova 7SE is 5G phone with Kirin 820. At S$528, it is quite a bit more expensive than Nova 5T. (Price may drop quickly). But the real user experience may not be as good as Nova 5T, since there is no 5G service in Singapore, and lack of GMS can be a major hurdle for many people.

Unfortunately, without Google GMS, it is hard to use both Nova 7i and 7SE as the main phone.

In the end, Nova 5T is a better buy.

5T is better with NFC. You still got Google apps. Enjoy while it last...

Downside is cannot show time on screen when on standby mode.

My mote20 pro can

Nova 5t also for snot support nano memory card. My 120gb running out soon.
Left 20gb.
