So how happy are you P30 Pro owners?

Switched from p20 pro. I Find the phone snappier in terms of restarting and opening applications.

Still can't get used to the gesture actions to back and go to main screen. Battery is amazing so far. Will try to push it to the limit to have a better review of the battery life per day.

I'm a fairly heavy user. Throughout my work I have to call and what's app heavily. After work if I head out with my friends I would be putting my phone on auto gaming.

In between travel, I would play games or listen to music. So by the time I reached home at about 11pm or 12 midnight my p20 pro would be left about 10% or less.

Very! Battery is 25% ish more long lasting than s10+ and charges twice as fast.
Still shots wise,
ultra wide shots are sharper,
General shots are snappier with slightly faster auto focus,
Low light shots are superior,
Zooming wise, don’t even talk about it.
In screen FP reader works a fair bit better.
S10+ Screen is too curvy, as a one hand user, I kept mistyping but no such issue with p30p or m20p
User experience on overall phone fluidity wise, not much diff, close enough
(Although s10+have better screen, better videography, way better slow mo video)
P30p can be heavy if you’re not mentally prepared.

Btw I just got my tp w loca glue done by MobileLite’s.
His is WSD grade but cheaper (and wsd doesn’t support Huawei by now I think). Fits like a charm and the on screen FP is not affected at all. No joke

To think I almost bought the s10+. 25% in battery life means a lot to me.

Exynos really lose out to snap dragon in recent years and even Kirin by now XD its too power hungry.

Make it 30%ish better for now, I had been heavily using it for the past 24 hrs on its 1st full charge and it performed really well with 6hrs+ sot.
My s10+ on average and not as intensive only manages barely 4hrs ish sot

To be fair, huawei flagships have a tendency to start off to be more energy efficient on launch and they get a little worse with further software updates. So maybe +20% in time? (From experience with m9, m10p, p20p & m20p

U have the option to turn off gesture navigation and use the 3 button or 4 button navigation in the setting

Exynos is straight trash. I wouldn't even mind getting an S10 if not for the fact that certain countries have the superior Snapdragon version...it's the principle of the matter. The power difference between the new Exynos and Kirin CPUs is miniscule, certainly not something I'd notice in real-world usage, but battery usage on the Exynos is markedly behind the 980. For some reason the Exynos screws up photo processing as well. Just terrible. The S10 is a great device, but the Exynos CPU is awful.

Trash is too strong a word to use. It's just not as efficient as SD. You also forgot that it has WiFi 6 which kirin doesn't have till date.
