Turning off banner means you don't get a drop down when someone sends you a message, right?

I wasn't even talking sh*t about this phone. I was actually answering another bro here who pointed out these concerns.

And having stereo speakers or not has go no link with blasting sound from phone leh. 1 speaker cannot blast meh?
I am just wondering why an older model has it and they decide to go back to 1 sided.
Who here does not agree stereo speakers is not a upgrade over 1 sided speaker?
