Am looking for a voip (WhatsApp and LINE) call recorder which work for p30pro, so far all ACR I tested are designed for Snapdragon only.

Anyone face the same problem?

hi all, the phone pushed me to update to android 10/ EMUI 10 and after updating, I keep having this badge notification icon at the top right corner of my Chrome app.

I couldn't figure out how to remove the notification icon... anyone knows?

You have to download and install the file at your own risk yah because it's from xda forums and doesn't belong to me.

Then enable it in the settings of the phone caller app.

Note that it can't be done once you are in EMUI10 as Huawei has blocked it from running. I've heard that once installed on emui9 it upgrades automatically into EMUI10. But I haven't tried it in emui 10.

Huawei is stupid to block it though, with the loss of GMS its shooting down all the other compensating strengths.

All the recordings are stored and can be accessed via the Recorder app, under the calls folder.

if u installed the call recorder app on emui 9, still work after updated to emui 10. but not after u do factory reset in emui 10 or installed the app after u updated to emui 10. mine is still work.

Yup. I'm already on Android 10. If the worse happens and you need to factory reset, you can always downgrade to 9.1 and then upgrade again.

Better get P30 Pro if you want to use it as the main phone.

Mate 30 Pro should not be your primary phone since you are asking this question. You can have it for camera or for apps it natively support. In Singapore it is more meant for geeks and for people who use it as the secondary phone.

RWM's screen protector was pretty ok. No issues so far.

Omg I'm going crazy. Pasted uv glue screen protector from ahbeng shop for $28 but already changed more than 5 times cause keep having bubbles appearing after days. Idk is it he's lousy or the glue he used was cui. Should I go back to replace (foc) or just waste my $28 to go for another shop?

Anyway, base on my current usages / interaction with the phone, the front is not prone to scratches.

A decent back casing will provide enough front facing support, I know because I have 3 additional back cases and all 3 did its job.

Just don't drop it of course lol.

I'll probably pay $170 for a 1 to 1 no questions asked replacement when my phone reaches 1 year old (via starhub smart support program).

Who is this ah beng shop? Is it the case pushing the screen protector? The last time I put at RWM, the lady fix it for me and it was fine. It was with a spigen case.

Now that I'm using a uag case which is very tight, there is a bit of bubble at the edge but I didn't really bother.

Alternatively you can try Breakfixnow.com.sg or Casefactorie but these are not cheap.
