during flash sale, I paid $598 from Shopee huawei official store. probably not the best price, but peace of mind

the phone feels exactly like previous P20 Pro (size wise) !

I see. I opt for the Huawei Nova 5T in Dec 2019 because it is cheaper than P30 by quite a bit for my Singtel Combo 2 plan recontract.

P30 is of course a better phone with better screen and better camera than Nova 5T.

I got my P30 Pro from Mobyshop around $698 [2nd hand though Condition: 10/10]

Loving it. as to compare to my Mate 9...Camera really is powderful!

Use the in-app support and check with huawei support team.

FYI - Battery replacement is FOC. I did a back casing replacement ($39 + $30 labour charge) and out of curiosity I asked them what's the charges and the staff informed me that battery replacement was free as long as it's still under warranty.

Needless to say, I got my battery replaced as well

after the 10.1.0.126 update, battery seems to drain faster for my P30 pro... before update can last whole day, now cannot alr. i just got my hp in feb20

anyone else have this issue too?

Talk to the tech support and book an appointment from your phone. Your warranty is also inside the app itself. Remember to provide the imei number to the tech support for verification purposes.

I spoken to the support pic @ live chat. She say I can just go down to service centre and they will inspect for me. Just that need back up everything first cause they will do factory reset....

My repair is obviously a non manufacturer defect repair lol

I'm using mystic blue edition and I will not use a protective casing once in a while so that I can enjoy the phone to its intended glory BUT I dropped it on the floor and it cracked.

To be honest, I think the phone QC isn't that good.

I dropped it twice in my own home under the height of 1.5m or lower and both times it actually cracked.

1st time I dropped with a protective casing and the front screen cracked (Heng got 90 days free screen replacement warranty if not pay $200++)

2nd time I drop without having any protection and the back cracked.

My friend dropped his Samsung galaxy note10 infront of my eyes in public and not a single scratch or dent or crack appeared. I was truly impressed.
