means your company's permanent headcount is full, aka no more vacancy.

or they no more hiring budget.


REMEMBER promises are empty, until u sign on the letter/line.

but even then, nowadays company can last minute flip prata/rescind offer...

i so far have try WSG for help

amend CV N times until i lost count
look at videos to sharpen/try to improve the interview skills, i have done that

but no breakthrough haiz

and what am I suppose to do?

u mention u had a job until Oct 2023. why leave/resign without finding another job first?

i know of a job, large intake.
but its contract basis not FT job, and not bright prospect.

mines was contract ended (short term, 8 months) after working at govt agency
back then i still have been sending / applying for the next port of call with the 8-month duration in mind

My company just informed of a revised AWS policy starting 2024.

They are now pro-rating the AWS into 12 equal amounts & adding it into our monthly basic pay.

Any thoughts about this?
