I use Universal Debloater. Need a PC to do though. I just chose one that is recommended by the debloater. So far have not encountered any issue. Battery last a lot longer.
Need to root? So you just apply the recommended that's all ?

Create brand new ones bah
Later I cannot retrieve my account agian. They like to force you to put recovery phone number now. I give them till next week then I go bug them agian cos they did say it may take more than 7 working days I only contacted them on the 14th jan so give them some time to nuke it. I tihnk they have to coordinate with Chinese side IT department for this.

I notice something off... Not sure if my unit 15U went crazy or is it Hyper OS3 they tweaked something for this:
https://new.c.mi.com/global/post/1895204
So yesterday I brought my Xiaomi 212W power bank out but left the cable at home.

1) Bought a Valore cable (C to C,100W,5A) it into my power bank was surprised to see 90W Max on the animation
2) Replug it in the same happens.
3) Reached home tried other High Power rate cables with power bank saw 90W
4) Try with my Cuktech charger with hypercharge support same saw 90W with other highpower C to C cables
Really odd i remember for a long time both the cable and port mattered. I don't have another xiaomi device with HOS3 to try though.

Hmm, i'm leaning towards hyperos3 changes. Also experienced a similar scenario comparing a F8 Ultra(hyperos3) with F5(miui)... Was able to proc the proprietary mi turbo/hyper charge on the F8 Ultra on an Anker 67w charger, but just the standed fast charging on the Poco F5.. same c to c port, same cable(baseus 100w).

Well that's one more data point. But mine has to be xiaomi hypercharge capable port though my Ugreen 300W still need that special cable to convert the protocol to work. Else it's falling back to normal USB PD fast charge

Interestingly my Poco C75 got the HyperOS 3.0.6.0 upgrade yesterday. It has a SingTel Prepaid Card inside.

My Poco C85 also got the upgrade but only to HyperOS 2.0.217.0. It has a M1 Prepaid Card inside.

My Poco C75 is now at HyperOS 3.0.18.0.

Today the Poco C85 finally got the updates to HyperOS 3.0.1.0.

Both are using Singapore region.

Two Poco X7 Pro phones are still with HyperOS 2.0.205.0.

One is using SingTel SIM Only. The other is using eight 4G plan.

No rush for me, just wait for the phone to prompt the upgrade.

Not yet checking the two Poco X6 Pro phones used by my wife and daughter.

I was a bit impatient and changed region to Malaysia to get the updates for the two Poco X7 Pro in late January 2026. I changed the region back to Singapore already.

Now both are running HyperOS 3.0.9.0.

Not yet checking the status of the two Poco X6 Pro phones used by my wife and my daughter.

Still got one Poco M7 (bought in Dec 2025) still in the box, not yet opened ...

In fact got quite a few items bought in 11.11 not opened yet.

Just checked my wife's Poco X6 Pro (her secondary phone, main phone is iPhone 14 512GB version), it is still with HyperOS 2.0.

Initially when I changed the region to Australia, it prompted me to update from 2.0.207.0 to 2.0.209.0. After the update, no more further updates.

Changing the region to Malaysia also does not get HyperOS 3 upgrade.

My POCO X7 Pro global is also stuck with HyperOS 2. Manual download & update failed "unable to flash this stable rom". Not even able to flash via recovery.

Change the region to Malaysia and try again.

I have to use this trick to upgrade my two Poco X7 Pro to HyperOS 3.

After switching, I see 2.0.206 update (currently 2.0.205). Did you also have to update though multiple steps instead of directly jumping to hyperos 3?

I remember two steps for my two Poco X7 Pro phones. First to the latest HyperOS 2 version and then to HyperOS 3.
