Anyone saw the newly announced T430u? Ultrabook with discrete graphics, it's beautiful :)

Lenovo's ThinkPad T430u Ultrabook targets the business set with discrete graphics and 1TB in storage, arrives in Q3 for $849 -- Engadget

Woah... now this is what the T420s is supposed to be! 14" of super slim goodness!

I can spy 2x USB3.0, 1x HDMI, microphone, 1 SD slot (finally for Lenovo ultrabooks, particularly the U-series), web camera and no fingerprint reader.

I wonder why is it still 1366 x 768 on a 14" screen though. Too bad, they have gone with the chiclet keyboard instead of the famous Thinkpad keyboard. :(

Fingerprint reader i think is on the right hand side. The place where the speakers are for the current T series.

I might have seen it wrongly though.

Didn't spot the FPR! :) Thanks guys!

I think the 2 major dealbreakers for me would be the screen & the keyboard. Didn't like the X1 because of these 2 cons but will wait to it comes out to decide! :)

hi guys

i'm looking to buy a x220 tablet on ebay cos the price in singapore is really too much compared to what they sell on ebay. I'm looking at this deal now

LENOVO X220 TABLET MULTI-TOUCH i7-2620M 8GB RAM THINKPAD | eBay

I'm just wondering if there's anyone here ever buy a notebook from ebay before. I'm worried about the custom tax and all kinds of possible fees that might come up. can anyone give me some advice on what's to expect when making a purchase for a laptop on ebay and have it shipped to singapore? Thanks bros :D
