Yeah! Got my X60 3 weeks ago. Super Loorbang. Got 1G Ram & Extended Batt too.

I've a T42 since 2004..

Now it starts to have some defective pixel on the screen..

Anyone have a devices that can scan the monitor like a microscope and pick out the bad pixel?

hi i am using an X31 and its been in use for almost 3 yrs. Recently, i have problems starting the computer, the screen just doesnt light up at all! does anyone has the same experience?

is there anything i can do before i send it to the service centre? yah , does anyone knows if the cost of repairing this problem? the warranty is luckily still valid. thanks

The LCD back Light is gone. Since it is about 3 years. Your x31 may be still under 3 years warranty. Check the date at the back sticker of your x31 for manufacturer date.

click on start menu -> thinkvantage -> create recovery media.
select dvd/cd as media and then create.
