But it’s purposely doing something to tell others it’s a “good deed”.

Like celebs donate to charity then tell media quickly report.

Celebs donate money to get away from paying tax... which may help thousand of family... if they think want to do that to avoid tax... then they are not getting that accumulated merit.. cause they actually do more harm ... Less money for the government to help the poor and sick ... and also mend the road...

although releasing a bird for a purpose of good deed is shallow.,.. it still provide positive to the freed bird...you will still accumulate merit...

There is no such thing as "rebirth". Animals don't get reborn to become another animal or the same animal, or to become human. Nor do humans get reborn to be an animal or another human.

The only "born again" the Bible speaks about is the new birth which comes with confessing that Christ is Lord and Saviuor, and being born again as a new person in Christ.

The opportunity is not to be promoted from what? a rock?

Human faith is not an on/off switch. It takes time to develop the faith, and that is only if the seed exists on which faith can be grown. Since every person's circumstances are different, the journey of faith would differ as well. Thus a conversation about faith that is centred on "You must believe otherwise XXX" would become one-sided very quickly. Evangelisation is about listening as much as it is about expounding/preaching. No one wants to suffer (now and in future) if they can help it, and people resist changes because their situation prevents them from understanding/accepting. Patience and sincerity are key.

Not that I'm against multiverse or endless universe. But you started off with a probability (might even be...) , and ended up with a conclusion it's true (so there are endless...). Some logic errors ??

Instead, rebirth in Buddhism arises from karmic energies conditioned by delusions. Buddha specifically refuted the notion of an eternal unchanging soul in his teachings.

You may also ask then "what is reborn?" and the reply to that would be "there is arising of consciousness conditioned by delusions". The "what" is dynamic and changing at all times - before, during and after the birth processes.

Yes, I agree, Buddha's exposition on rebirth is not trivial. There are actually a lot of other supporting concepts to learn first in order to make sense of that. but in essence, he taught all these because he saw that human beings suffer in life because of specific causes, and wanted to help them in their journey of being liberated from their suffering. His primary role is a teacher (a very wise and enlightened one).
