Just got a iFfalcon 55 inch for less then a year with intension of supporting LOCAL. Forget it on this brand, give it a skip and don't think about it. Quality is reasonable but the support is not. Send back for repair with no feedback or status update, only recently response stating that the repair will be done 3 weeks later. WHAT! overall can take month for this brand. Really! don't think about this

I use k72 for 2 years recently got lines appear at the bottom. Called them for warranty claim. They mention that panel is only 1 year warranty. Is that true? Offered to repair with $500 charge

Same predicament! 7 months into this Iffalcon tv, the tv couldn't on despite trying everything. Requested for repair, supposedly to be onsite warranty but they just sent someone to collect the tv without any attempt to diagnose issue. More than 1 month from now, still have not gotten the tv back. Countless attempt to reach via call and email when unanswered. I think TCL are under the same company at AMK Link (I may be wrong).

Please give this brand a miss to whoever is trying to purchase a tv.

Sounds like TCL & Iffalcon (& likely Hisense) are the "buy-&-pray-4-d-best" type of TVs ... aka no different from PI TVs. 😅

I’d rather take my chances with PI Sony . The only risk is dead on arrival, then can immediately 1-1 with PI importer. Post that the Sony qc is quite good. Seldom spoil before eol

Anyone know the office address of Iffalcon? Apparently their office address based on the internet search seem to be not in use, after confirming with the building management.

iffalcon Singapore operates like a scam company.
My friend's k72 spoilt after 1 year with no screen and power. Took 4 months to repair and return after numerous chasing.

My own k72 just spoilt after exactly 2 years. Have sound but black screen.

Biggest issue is the company is like a ghost after selling. No one picks up the aftersales number 84114046. Ever.

Even the sales number 98650039 is not in use despite being listed. Their own FB last post was in march and comments disabled. No longer selling in Lazada, I wonder if it's due to unhappy customers spamming the questions section. Only selling in shopee now coz ppl can't ask question publicly? Everything is so fishy about the company

Truly regret buying this brand. Avoid at ALL COST!

Wow now seems like iffalcon is quite bad. Bought my 55" k71 SG last year feb so close to 2 years without any problems. Warranty was total 3 years but screen is 2yrs. Now it seems warranty only 1 year and they have no office\showroom now? I saw the 55" K72 was on offer for $499 which is crazy cheap as I remember it was over $700 so was thinking to get one for my brother. Now I just hope my K71SG holds up as hard to claim warranty now.

One half years later screen slowly turn blank while watching. Made contact for assistance but beat around the bush. Waste of time regards to durability and warranty.

Wow lucky i did not buy as I saw the k72 on super discount at only 499. Glad I revisit this thread. My k71sg still fine after 2+yrs so touchwood. Hope you do contact them soon. If really cant can try tcl cs as last resort as they do have local warranty services here now. Still a tv made by TCL after all so can try.

I can vouch that the after support is horrible, like others mention, please give this a hard pass.

Recently my screen got distortion (2years old) and i contacted support (84114046).
The arrangement to take back was swift which at that point i was thinking that they are fast and good but after they receive my tv, the support was so awfully slow with response.

I have basically no update since i sent my tv back since 22 Jan 2024. Further prompt has been futile since its only 1 tick on my end (they don't response to call and whatsoever) Not sure what else i can do on my end to at least get my tv back lol.

tl;dr
Avoid at all cost. not worth saving that sum of money

old k71sg model or the new k72? For me my K71sg screen warranty only 2 years. So far mine 2 years + without any problems so touch wood.
