iherb supplements legit or not?

Ok ah. They carry a range of stuff. From lousy ones, to atas ones. U just have to buy reputable brands from their site lor.

The brand for D3 is NOW, dosage was 5000 I u. Currently taking 1000 I.u.
BTW the drop in 6 months of not taking the supplement was from reading of 58.2 to 38.8. Very big drop. I only recently checked the results. If I'm not mistaken 38.8 is a little low.

I'm considering increasing my intake to maybe 2000 iu.
I think I still have an unopened bottle of 5000 in my fridge ( I prefer to keep my supplements in the fridge). So I may start on them again, but on alternate days ( D3 has half life of several days so it's OK to take on alternate days or slightly longer interval)

Used to take NOW D3 also but regardless of dosage 1000 I.u., 2000 iu or 2000 iu. I tend to have stomach pain and constipation after 2nd day. Not sure what's the reason, since then I stopped taking this brand and switched to California Gold Nutrition without any issues.

Bought a lot of vitamins, fish oil, psyllium husk and probiotic. NOW brand, Life Extension and California Gold Extension.
So much cheaper than rip off prices of Singapore and fast delivery too.

If you like to drink tea, their Yogi tea prices are much cheaper as well. $6.50 iHerb vs $10.90 NTUC.
Raw Honey too but always out of stock. Buy 1 kg bottle can last for years since pure raw honey doesn't spoil.
Protein bar quite decently priced too. Maple Syrup they have some US brands but easy spoil so only bought once.

But need to double check Amazon.sg and Shopee, sometimes these 2 might be cheaper than iHerb.

I also take vit k2. They say to take it to draw the D3 into our bones.

Yes, i suspect maybe my stomach ish sensitive towards NOW D3 products
Either that or something wrong with that brand D3, can't be sure of that.

What is MAL number?

For Blackmores products, they have a MAL number or something that you can verify it on their website. You can try google Blackmores MAL number. I also not too sure though that's why didn't buy and try to ask if those Blackmores products selling on Lazada by Local seller legit or not.....

Iherb is super established loh. Probably one of the oldest big online supplement shop. Bought from them since 20 years ago already.

But last time is only USA site, iherb.sg only started like bout 5 years ago probably due to it being very popular with Singaporeans as Iherb USA site is very cheap price compared to local pharmacies or local supplement stores.

But after iherb.sg started, now sinkie cannot buy from their USA site already (will redirect to sg site) an the SG site is actually quite abit more expensive than the USA site

Just kidding..only supplement i buy is Muscletech multivitamins from lazada..cheap and good.

Iherb sells amdk brands only, in fact almost all the brands they sell are US brands. It’s one of the earliest online retailers that Singaporeans are familiar with

It is a US company that is well known in the US and among western educated foreigners all over the world from India to Singapore. Maybe Chinese educated people are not familiar

Do not ever buy supplements, drinks or food or toiletries anything that is ingested and applied on your skin and hair on Lazada and Shopee. These two platforms are full of counterfeits from China!

Same, NOW and Dr. Best are the 2 brands I always buy, even if I am shopping on Amazon.
