Why flip flop in the first place when you asked how much it cost to set up a trust, when I show how not difficult it is or expensive as you claimed, you simply ignore it and edited your post...If a business choose not to be regulated and said cost was the reason, it is totally crap because in no way $4,000 license fee a year is too expensive if the business is handling amount in the tune of millions...

The regulations is to protect investors from irresponsible business like Infinity Treasures, Gold Guarantee, Genneva and whatever crappy ponzi running scheme out there...At least the financial reporting structure to MAS ensures that the business is sound...If you are running an unregulated investment business and claim it was due to to cost or compliance, it is just out of ignorance or put into question why the business was not regulated in the first place...

I am here advocating for people not to be scammed by the likes of Infinity Treasures or any other get rich scheme by those unregulated schemes..I don't have any vested interest in any unregulated business or investment...However, you on the other have a vested interest in an unregulated investment but did not state where it was...

I am not here to disclose my business activities - my business is quite frankly none of your business. Besides, you would only accuse me of promoting which has already been touched upon by others here.
It is a fact - on this thread, I have warned people against Infinity treasures. It is a fact I tried to stop my friends investing. I told people the scheme had collapsed long before Infinity treasures put "Sold Out" on their website. I was the first person here to question the use of the words "Sold Out".

Infinity Treasures are not guilty of running a Ponzi Scheme. They are a marketing agent for investments.

Same old pattern as other threads. "I have a super secret investment making lots of money that I can't disclose in these forums."

Next, we will be seeing newly created accounts claiming that they are clients of James and earning loads of money but sworn to secrecy?

If returns so good, all the investment banks, venture capitalists, billionaires with spare change will be rushing to invest with you. No need to talk about it in HWZ.

Come to think of it, could the PP in JamesPP refer to private placement?

Blimey - a proper Sherlock Holmes. james PP is here to promote Private Placement.
You missed your vocation buddy.

Now - rearrange these letters to work out what I really do:

Fact 1) You created your account in November 2013

Fact 2) Your post is almost exclusive to this thread and the only other thread was "girl turned cold after learning i earn 3k per month"

Fact 3) You have vested interest in this unregulated investment, "I have many clients who are making in excess of 20% per annum." , "I have a few myself."

Fact 4) You claim that, "developers who choose the none regulated route which is often far simpler and cheaper, meaning more money (returns) for investors." (I already show you if you are unaware that it cost $1,000 to set up and $4,000 a yea fee. If that amount is quite a substantial cost, please say so.)

Frankly, I don't really care about your business or investment that you are doing...However, as you claim that your business/investment is unregulated, as a civic minded citizen of this country, I am oblige to report it to the relevant authorities be it writing in to MAS to be placed in the Investor Alert List or CAD or SPF...So please do say your business/investment since you can do this, "When the regulator came for a chat, we told him to take a hike as our activity was none of his business."...if your investment/business is not already place in the Investor Alert List, we will see whether it would be place on that list...;)

Point 1 - Correct - I came across this forum whilst researching The Exit Strategy

Point 2 - I know of people affected by Infinity treasure - I have a life outside of this forum and I have no intention of gunning for 5000++ posts. Life is too short.

Point 3 - 100% correct

Point 4 - You are merely scratching the surface on the real cost - the cost of structuring my recent regulated offering was in excess of SGD 200,000 so please do not patronise me with your "is $5,000 too much for you"

Point 5 - You don't care about my business - good - I have no intention of sharing it with you
My business is very careful about its clients - having wealth does not give you a right of passage (this is of course assuming you have wealth)

So - its the weekend - the world cup is in full swing,
The temperature is rising but the beer is cold,
I think its time we put all of this school playground stuff behind us and just move on,
Life is too short for petty arguments - OK?

Will I get scrutinized too since I started my account with HWZ only recently? I was searching for information on Infinity Treasures and The Exit Strategy and came across this forum. So I decided to sign up and learn more about the above-mentioned. Please don't scrutinize me.

Cpt Caveman - it is possible you need to spend several hours creating meaningless posts to gain recognition with some people..........but I suspect you, like me, have better things to do.

In the interest of progression - what have you found out about Infinity treasures...

What a load of bull****...I did not comment on your previous post or any new member post until you mentioned that investors making money from an unregulated investment...If you had something better to do you wouldn't be here in the first place...A junior member specifically targeting a thread really put to question the agenda of a person...

If the new member is a victim of the scheme, they might come in here for advice...the senior members here might provide them with suggestions on what to do...However, at the same time agents of the company might come in here to post nonsense and promote their investment or business...it is the content that really matters...

Even if you are a senior member and is promoting unregulated investment, people would not just let it be and would come in to reply to the person..

I came here to specifically warn people about an investment which I thought may go wrong. It is clear from my posts that I thought the investment had flaws and it had nothing to do with regulation.
I strongly suspect that agents do hang out on threads like this - touting for business - I agree with you......
My motive for been here or my credibility as a member (junior or senior) of this forum is no more open to debate than yours.,
I had friends who asked me to look in to the investment on their behalf
I had a hunch something might go wrong, it just did not add up
As part of my research I came across this thread
I thought I might be able to help some other people by warning them,
It is possible I may have stopped some people from investing and most likely losing some if not all of their money.
I am not here for self gratification,
I have no interest in most of the other threads - I came here on behalf of my friend

Now here are my observations:

1 My hunch was right and I was right to warn others
2 The deficiencies are not down to Infinity treasures
3 The structure behind the Exit Strategy offers little protection to the investor
4 The structure was built by Project Kudos, based in the UK
5 Both directors of Project Kudos have made a substantial personal gain from this investment
6 Anyone who invests through in an investment structured through Project Kudos needs to make sure they are adequately covered if things do go wrong
7 Mr Steven Wright, a director at Project Kudos was in Singapore addressing investors concerns recently
8 The blame for this debacle seems to have landed at the developers door, the company is Right Buy Properties
9 - Anyone who invests with Right Buy Properties needs to be very careful and do proper due diligence before parting with funds
10 Infinity Treasures are the marketing agent for Singapore and thats all.

and finally....

makav31i - you don't have talk a load of *******

Anyone who invested in any Unregulated or regultaed Business or Investment should do their own due dilligence...You are running an unregulated business/investment in the first place and have a self interest in defending unregulated business or investment...I am here to warn others of the risk of investing in unregulated business or investment...I will assure you in any way if I were to find out your unregulated business or investment, the first thing I would do is write in to MAS to be placed in the Investor alert list..

The above quote just confirmed that someone who have a self interest in Infinity Treasures but try to divert the blame to The Exit Strategy and Right Buy Properties...it is like saying Infinity Treasures have no part to play in this whole thing...

This is the kind of crap being spouted by Junior Member..The company is already in the MAS investor alert list...Everyone can see for themselves...

Infinity Treasures cannot says they have no part in the scam lah.

If a friend opens your door and let a couple of thieves enter your home to steal your money. Before they leaves, they give your friend some cash as appreciation for his help. Can you friend says he has nothing to do with the theft because he didn't touch the money in your home?

Come on... It's because of Infinity Treasures that so many people loss their money. They cannot just brush it aside when you collect commission for every sale they made.

Thanks for asking James. My friend invested a total S150,000 into The Exit Strategy investment in different tranches. He has received letters after letters from Right Buy Properties, Project Kudos and recently even the Trustee himself. What they are proposing now is a rescue plan, which in the view of my friend, is not very sound. He felt that a 6-pager letter does not give specific details on the rescue plan with very specific timeline on payment. The letter, it seems, was to warn my friend not to go to the police or to engage a lawyer. He felt that is some kind of scare tactics saying it might take years for the process, blah blah blah. The rescue plan has no timeline and to get back the full capital, it will also take years. My friend suspected that they are trying to sell similar schemes in other parts of the world to repay the Singaporean investors. He felt that is morally wrong, to pass our problems to others. Add to that, the investors in UK have not received their moneys for more than 2 years. If they cannot get their moneys, what makes Right Buy Properties and Project Kudos so sure Singapore investors will get them?

You cannot rely on crooks to return your money.

If they are honest, they would not con people in the first place.

This is just a delay tactic to give them more time to scam more people and hide the money away.

Your friend has to take things into his own hand and report to the police and CAD.

If he get all the victims together and file a class action suit, may still get some of his money back.

Waiting for someone who stole from you to return your money is stupid.

Thanks for your reply. I've already told him to file a report with CAD. He is hoping to get some like-minded investors who are keen to file a class action suit. If any of you have anyone in mind, please let me know. I'll ask my friend to contact them.

Thank you.

The Exit Strategy? Right Buy Properties? Project Kudos?

Ya loh...someone here claimed that they are here to warn investors about this but at the same time say that Infinity Treasures is just the marketing agent and not running a ponzi scheme...It really don't make any sense...

See the above quote in red and see for yourself...

How would he know so much about Infinity Treasures? And how would he have access to enough inside information to know that Infinity Treasures is 'innocent?'

To show that the coy is totally innocent, a proper audit has to be done of all the cash inflows and outflows to make sure that they are traceable, and also to confirm that the money of later investors was not used to pay the earlier investors.

Short of seeing such an audit report, I find it remarkable that an 'outsider' can make such claims.
