Hi, I tried to topup the Amaze Wallet using my YouTrip card. Usually how long does the transaction takes to clear? It is currently showing as "Pending" on both apps.

Should be within 1-2 minutes. After you authorize the transaction on YouTrip app, pause for some time to allow processing before continuing on Amaze. Mine have no problem this way

only amex tcb 1.5%, uob absolute amex 1.7% and amex highflyer 1.8mpd have rewards for grab topup.

uob absolute amex will be nerfed to 0.3% wef 15 jan23

Hit by SGD 2600 fraud on Amaze - card got used in-person (!) while the actual card was in my possession. It was not locked and I had allowed foreign transactions since I am abroad myself and have been using this card.

Promptly notified Instarem and submitted the dispute form that they sent.

The original charge has now posted to my Maybank F&F cc. Instarem said that they will not advance any credit to cover the charge until the dispute is ongoing.

Should I dispute the transaction separately with Maybank as well? Any other advice?

At one location, about a week before the fraudulent transaction, my transaction was denied when I was using the chip. I tried a second time by swiping the card. It was denied again. I then switched to a different card.

if the fraudulent transaction was also magstripe then you likely know where the leak came from. its impossible to clone a chip

Home Depot location in Florida, US.

Only magstripe swipe before then was in Chicago.

funny how outdated or laggard US is when it comes to payment. Still using magstripe when everyone has moved to QR codes. I turned off Amaze magstripe on my recent trip to US, waiter returned me my card and told me it was declined. Used another card only to find out they used magstripe haha

maybank f&f gives 8% for MCCs under your selected categories. "Citi rewards+" referring to citi rewards or citi cashback+?

any tips how can effectively monitor the spending on citi rewards mc so i know to stop once i hit $1K ? i usually always need to login to citi app every few days to monitor ...but missed this time ....

This month charged $1.6K now to citi rewards ...wasted ....could have charged the $500 elsewhere to earn more miles.

Does all banks Mastercard works well with Amaze? I saw few banks (SCB, DBS) T&C that cash back isn't available if its linked to Amaze, please clarify.
