Either the merchant reverses it by eod or wait for it to lapse.
Thanks. I sent an enquiry to them via app and they replied that the transactions have been released to the same underlying card and it will take 5 days for the refund to reflect.

Also I see the reversals as seperate transactions in Instarem, but the underlying Citi card I dont see the reversal transactions yet. The original transactions are in pending state.

So I think the pending transactions will post to Citi and I will get the ThankYou points. Then the reversals will hit, will they reverse the ThankYou points? What if I redeem the points? They are 2 transactions of $340 each, so about 6800 points.

thought charged to the card directly?
Yes, but also there are 2 failed transactions at the terminal but got charged to the card and then Instarem reversed them, but the reversal will post as separate transactions. See screenshot below:

Also below, you see the 2 amaze Raffles got posted but the reversal haven't hit the card yet.

Citi Rewards Mastercard has a perpetual problem where it won't award points for anything seen as recurring.

You can appeal and request to be escalated to their product manager, but it's best to stop using this card with Amaze moving forward.

Hi guys, when using the card overseas in Europe where pin is sometimes required, is the 6 digit pin accepted? Or only key in first 4 digits?

Its 6 digit pin. If you use in Malaysia pump stations (via card terminal machine), you need to key in the pin, which is 6 digits also.

Hi. i am using Amaze + Citi Cash Back Card for transaction. but i am not seeing the bonus cash back for grocery / restaurant. (my total spend is more than $800 in the statement month) i called citi and they said its because i am using amaze and not using the Citi card directly. however bonus mileage via amaze in my Citi rewards card is successful. Are you also encountering this?

I had no problems getting bonus cashback on Citi Cash Back Card for my June spend via Amaze. I didn't use Amaze in July (I use it only when I'm abroad, to get around FX fees) so I don't have further data points.

It is odd that the base cashback you got was only $0.9x, even though your total spend was >$800. It should be 0.25% of all spend that's not on the exclusion list, even if it is not Groceries, dining & petrol. My suspicion is that the system missed out your spend on the 18th. Take your total spend, deduct the 18th spend, then multiply by 0.25%. If this number is equivalent to the base cashback you got, then that's the problem with Citi's system. Write to them in secure email if calling doesn't help.

That said, I'm not sure Cellarbration tags as grocery, though I might be wrong.

Since the issue may be more to do with Citi rather than Amaze, maybe you should post in the Citi Cashback thread.

Hey. you are exactly right. the base cashback is 0.25% of the transaction excluding cellarbration.

Yes - the cellarbration was a last minute purchase I did to be counted to hit $800. i am happy that it got included in this statement but it appears Citi system did not acknowledge that.

Strange that the Call Center was blaming Amaze earlier.

I have also reported here my Raffles Medical spend via amaze didnt get 10X citi rewards. Maybe this is a recent change they have done to exclude amaze.

I just spent today at Fairprice $32. Ideally I should get 320 points, lets see. I will report back here. Good thing is Citi immediately credits the 10X points as soon at the transaction posts, unlike DBS which does it once a month.

You get 1.2 miles, but avoid the 3.25% FX fees. Not exactly 3.25%, as there's a slight markup in Amaze exchange rates, but close enough. So saving 2.5+% at the expense of 0.8 miles. Not bad I think.
