Does all banks Mastercard works well with Amaze? I saw few banks (SCB, DBS) T&C that cash back isn't available if its linked to Amaze, please clarify.

only dbs exclude Amaze

I have issue during 12-13 Dec when my MasterCard transaction fails due to MasterCard issue resulting card getting block. Merchant side will show bank blocking, bank side will show merchant issue, amaze side also shows merchant issue.

Tried a few combination (direct master, through amaze) and finally determine it is due to MasterCard problem (since visa and amex when through without any issue).

In the end, used another mastercard (CIMB) linked to Amaze and it went through

It's ICBC issue. Their cards can't be added successfully.

Hit by SGD 2600 fraud on Amaze - card got used in-person (!) while the actual card was in my possession. It was not locked and I had allowed foreign transactions since I am abroad myself and have been using this card.

Promptly notified Instarem and submitted the dispute form that they sent.

"Payment reversed" in Instarem app on Day 9 after filing dispute. Will hopefully see credit in linked MC in a few days.

at least 5 to 7days..and another 5 to 7days to get reflected in your main credit card..

My experience with Shell and Caltex in Malaysia is 3 days later will see the credit back and 1 day later posted back to my credit card. Today 4 days for money back in the credit card.

ICBC cards can be added and used successfully for local purchases through Amaze, never had any issues with those.

I only have problems with online overseas purchases

I ordered a bag online from a US website.

after placing the order and keying in my Instarem card details, the transaction went thru.

after a few mins, I received an email from Citibank telling me transaction has been reversed.
Any experience w this?

check your merchant whether order was cancelled. it might also be recharged a few days later as settlement. if not urgent, just wait out and see whether the order moves along.

if it was shipped, congrats you might have landed yourself a free bag.

So far there’s no email telling me it’s cancelled

It’s not urgent for sure since the transaction is reversed and I have not paid anything.
