Any updates on the Stop Loss feature as it's coming to the end of June? :s12:

Also, it'll be great if you could share with some screenshots on where the feature is located and how it can be used.

Better go wake up whoever's in charge of this. It's been almost 2 years since my remisier at iOCBC told me it's coming.

So where is it?? :s13:

They can take a look at Lim & tan or poems if they don't know where to start

there is no stop loss order on iocbc available to retailers. stop giving people false hope.

please prove me wrong by providing screenshot of iocbc's stop loss interface

I can't buy certain US stocks on my iocbc. Is there a list where I can refer to on what stocks are not approved by ocbc?

I have been with iOCBC for over two years, and I must say, the morale of iOCBC staffs are not that great. Both of my previous RMs are very average. Sorry to complain but I have to!

I want to do the same, but there is only Add contract option but not allow to remove contract.

Hi there,

Are you intending to remove a delisted counter?

You can only remove the delisted counter through the iOCBC web-based platform.

Steps to remove the counter:

1. Under ‘Portfolio” tab, under “Current Portfolio” tab, click on the “Details” under “Trade Details” – the counter customer wants to delete.

2. A pop up box will appear all the counter’s details. Tick on the delete boxes and press the “Delete” at the bottom.

If you are still unable to remove the delisted counter, you may call our hotline at 1800 338 8688 and we will be able to guide you through on this matter.

For starters, I hope that there is a fiat deposit status and history, what I have to do now is to check with my RM if my transfer has arrived each time.
