Just sent out my application to open a Basic Trading Account via mail last Monday. Anyone knows roughly how long it will take for them to process? Also, how will OCBC reach out to me for the confirmation of account opening?

Shouldn't take more than a week. And you'll receive written confirmation sent to your residence

Just give OCBC Securities a call. At least to make sure they received the application form & everything's in order: 1800 338 8688

Can I check on the US equity charges on this platform?
I understand min = min USD 20 or 0.30% plus the relevant exchange fees. Are there any dividend/corporate actions handling fees? For custody fees, how does it work?

Hi ocbc team, last time when i first used iocbc platform, i was issued a token which i used for my ibanking when i signed up at a later time. The token can be used for both. But last year when it ran out of battery and i changed it, i can no longer use it for iocbc, just for the ibanking. Is there a way to link up both acc using the same token?

Once you have activated the new hardware token, you may link your iOCBC trading account via the iOCBC Online Trading portal.
