iOS 13GM is the same build version as the public release on 19 sept (17A577) unless last minutes serious bugs detected.
But it you in iOS 13.1 beta 3 then you have to wait for final release of iOS 13.1

If you now on iOS 13 beta 8, you shld be able to get iOS 13GM build. Check your software update.

If someone is on 13.0b8 and did not delete the profile, they will see 13.1b3. If they first delete the profile, they will see no updates. The GM will only appear on 19 Sep.

One way to load up 13.0GM now is to use 3utools with the ipsw file, if on windows and still on 13.0b8. I’ve successfully upgraded mine from 13.0b8 to 13.0GM via this method. For Mac users, just have to download the ipsw file and option click update in finder.

If you’re already on 13.1b3, there is a way to do it too. Got to back up, 3utools restore to 13.0GM, modify a file in the backup and restore the backup. I’d suggest just wait for 13.1GM.

just download ipsw and update with itune.
ipad GM nowhere to be found.
Now mostly iPhone only

Last year I remembered that I updated to iOS 12GM right after the event. With the profile still in my setting.
This year is different cos of the released of iOS 13.1 beta before releasing iOS 13 final. This moves really leaves most of us in lost of direction.

Will it factory reset my iPhone if I install the ipsw using iTunes?
