I think Twilight knows how.

He listed xBackup as one of his tweaks and it seems to backup Cydia for restoring later.

I haven't tested this out myself though. Hopefully he can shed some light on his method.

xbackup don't work.. can backup but can't restore
reinstall each tweak itself again

Thanks. I tried to avoid this path.

I will wait for 1-2 more days. Else still need to downgrade.

In the end, I still downgrade itunes. Jailbreak success!

Just download 32/64bits itune12.0.1.26 to update to 8.3 then use taig 2.1.2 Jb
