They got schedule(Apple Music) to push out iOS 8.4 thats why they can't patch the jailbreak

Anyway, saw TaiG updates...

TaiG will release an update for iOS 8.4 in less than one hour after full tests. Please wait patiently.

Yeah, doing so will remove the jailbreak so you need to jailbreak again with the TaiG iOS 8.4 tool

I understand that iTunes updating will reset the device? its restoring right not actually update?

When you update your iOS 8.3 jailbreak to iOS 8.4 with iTunes
The initial software update will fail because of your jailbreak
Then it will do a clean install of iOS 8.4

When I was on JB iOS 8.1.2, I just update to 8.3 using iTunes. No errors. iOS updated and all data remained, just JB gone. Then I just used taig 2.1.3 to JB ios8.3.
iOS 8.4 cannot do same way?

Backup must do first of cos la :D

Downgraded my iTunes to 12.0.1 when I had to restore from backup without losing JB last week (Semi-restore).

So old iTunes can do that way or have to do long winded way of clean restore for 8.4?
