Thanks for the intro. Tried it out and it seems to work by redirecting traffic through a VPN. I don't know about you but I'm not comfortable with all of my web traffic going through a middleman where its vulnerable.

I'll just wait for iOS 9 where there will be native ad blockers which block ads at the system level rather than through a middleman

under block ads, the blocklist version should be 4

i believe it shows 0 for you (no blocklist downloaded yet)

have to connect to wifi, and let it auto download first

Hey you are right! It was 0 the whole day till just awhile ago! I even checked again just now when I wrote this post and it was still 0 then

You need to download one of the ad blocker the. Go into Settings > Safari > Content Blocker to turn it on.

Peace getting alot of coverage in e tech press. prob cos e dev is famous for instapaper. Peace is also using e Ghostery blocklist. actually if u search on e US AppStore for "content blocker", all e paid ones have alot of good ratings (for some reason ratings currently not showing on e SG AppStore)

US AppStore and SG AppStore ratings are not linked. They work separately.

u need to open e app once n let it download e blocklist. make sure blocklist ver is not 0. n of course need to enable e content blocker in safari settings.
