Really! Both of us using safari but i still see ads in HWZ.

But to clarify, instead of an ad that covers the whole screen with a cross at the top right hand side to off it, what i see is a blank page that covers the whole screen with a cross at the top right hand side. I was like WTHITS!

Happen a few time & just uninstall cause what is the point if i still have to close the 'blank' popup.
Anyway already bought purify so will be testing it.

So far purify works for me. No more popup ads on HWZ

But i notice there is a message on the top of the screen when on HWZ forums

"A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded"

Anyone experience this using purify?

Using admop too. So far so good. Except that sometimes I have same problem as purify , some page not loaded probably and show white screen. Have to load with no content blocker and refresh then can

Using admop as well. Do u sign in to iCloud? I downloaded chrome to do anything that's white screen

just dumped crystal and paid for purify. shall give it a try.

I can see that a lot of users are angry with Crystal's developer and moving on to Purify. I actually like Crystal for its stability.

I have used Crystal for more than a week and
1. I have never needed to refresh anything due to a need to stop the ad blocker like how Purify users have encountered

2. I have not seen a single ad on my Safari browser . :O

I wonder if it is because I have
a. toggled off Location-based iAds at
Privacy - Location services - system services
b. toggled on Limit Ad Tracking at
Privacy - Advertising

Update: saw only ONE ad but it closes by itself very quickly n it looks like one of those responsible publishers. So I am fine with Crystal since it appears to be really stable

don't know is it me but my phone gets hot and battery depletes 1-2mins faster. uninstalled it and battery is normal.

I turn off the background app refresh for all apps, including Crystal. Perhaps that helps .
