Not true I am using Google Plus. But u must sign in. Codex maybe u didn't u like me. Starting my first account also I thought signed in. Cause got achievements but it's not saved.

I synced to google+ and it works. What the loading screen meant was google play service does not sync your data, you still have to sync manually using facebook or google+
