About the daily purchases, I am very selective as Gold is hard to come by, even after donating troops to my clan mates.

I have however used up 120 gems (free from the game) to exchange for Gold to buy the Epic Giant Skeleton (I already had one from Magical Chest) to level it to Level 2. This is now my most important card in my deck.

I am taking it slow as I am somewhat reluctant to go to higher arenas (at Arena 3 now), since at lower arenas, I have a higher chance to get the same cards so that I can level up those troops of mine.

I'm currently using this deck (still shuffling around for most preferred deck):

Spear Goblins
Minions
Bomber
Tombstone
Barbarians
Fireball
Baby Dragon
Giant Skeleton

At least in coc u still can upgrade walls while waiting for building completed, while this game u cannot do anything at all except waiting for chest opening.

Ur dragon what lvl? Lvl 1? Izzit gd to use at lvl 1?

Yes Level 1; waiting for one more card to level it up. ;)

It is very useful as it provides AOE damage and is an air troop. I seldom use it alone as an offensive troop though, and usually team it with spear goblins, minions and barbarians. It works great as a defensive troop too as you can spray AOE fire on the incoming troops, especially when they come in a horde.

Its weakness is against troops like Musketeers and other Baby Dragons.

Yes it's a popular card. In fact, all troop generating cards are highly regarded, i.e. Goblin Hut, Tombstone and Barbarian Hut. There is a strategy called the 'Zoo Deck' which involves just spamming all these buildings.

Right now I am only putting Tombstone in my deck as it costs lesser elixir. I mainly use it to irritate the opponent and when it breaks, 4 skeletons will spawn and that's when I will deploy my main troops to attack.

nb.. play until fed up... lvl4 all have witch, prince, balloon.. and my best card in the deck is skeleton army.
from end 900 drop to end 700..
