Anybody compared the speakers of the mini 2 to mini 4? The mini 4 sounds louder to me. When I play some of my videos I found the need to pair with bluetooth speakers for mini2. For mini 4, it seemed loud enough and did quite need the bluetooth speakers.

It's louder since they updated the speakers too..

Yes I got both mini 2 and 4 and the 4 does look brighter. And this report says the color gamut same as Air 2.

Same here... Couldn't find any cases and screen protector. Apple cases are way too expensive.

Same sentiments. Now I've officially retired my mini 2 (did full reset) and now also just using my mini 4 in it's original translucent plastic. Though the plastic causes some irritation while using, that's the best I can do now until cases and screen protectors are out. And everytime have to remove the plastic in order to charge the unit becomes a chore.

$100+ for Apple's silicon case? That's ridiculously expensive.

i was testing out the mini 4 at nubox. unfortunately, it was lagging with ios9, very obvious when you drag down the menu

Displaymate has released a report on the display quality of the iPad mini 4. The iPad mini 4 apparently has 101% sRGB gamut, on par with the iPad air 2. Screen reflectance is the lowest among any mobile display ever tested! At only 2%. This makes colours pop even more, as the light reflected from the environment will not wash out the colours being displayed from the screen.
