Hi guys, is there any difference from buying ipad at apple store or from mobile phone shop sellers? Mobile phone shop seller seems cheaper. Or is it better to get at apple shop?

It's the same thing, get it cheaper at the mobile shop. I rarely buy direct from Apple unless no other choice because prices from Apple are fixed until the next model comes out.

Screen protector yes, but case for 2018/2020 may not work well on the 2021 model, depending on your type of case, because the speaker grilles are shorter on the M1 model and a litlle off position from the 2018/2020 models. The cases will fit but on some cases where it covers the top and bottom, some speaker holes may be blocked.

iPad can just play as it is as some games needed the accelerometer and gyroscope functions. Having a controller is a plus but it's not made for iPads.
