Does the edge shadow bother you?

nope. i have since overlook such minor imperfections.

i just buy and use. next new model comes out if much better and if needed i will just upgrade.

i don't even use screen protectors or even an expensive folio cover nowadays. i just slot my ipad pro into a $2 cardboard folder bought from Diaso n put it into my backpack n go.

i have since 2015 used all my iphones n ipads naked. no expensive screen protectors or covers.

just $2 foam phone carrier and $2 cardboard folder from Diaso.

having said that, i am happy with my all my ipads so far.
ipad3, 2x ipad pro 11" (2020), 1x ipad pro 12.9" (2020) and 1x ipad pro 12.9" (2021)

they all work without hw or sw issues. my ipad3 still works, though the original battery is down to 25% life now.

Just curious, having owned so many iPads, what cover you using? Or rather if you can recommend any good keyboard case (aside from the original Apple).

I’ve been using the 2020 iPad 10.2 32Gb for work (w the Benks detachable keyboard case). The limited space does not pose a problem for me, as all my work files are on OneDrive. Am very tempted to grab the new Pro 11‘. Not sure if its worth, considering i take pirority on
- battery
- ease of use.

I guess for the 2nd priority item on “ease of use” … there is not much difference since its all iPad OS. Just hoping that Apple will announce some sort of support for external monitor as secondary screen (extension rather than duplication). That only would be very helpful in my work whilst using the iPad.

for my ipad 3, i used the original apple single side magnetic cover, which can 2 fold into a triangular stand.

since then, my ipad pros i never use any folio covers. i use a cheap $2 diaso cardboard folder to protect the screen n back while i transport my work ipad (12.9" 2020 model) in my backpack.

i carry a separate logitech bluetooth keyboard. i use my 12.9" ipad pro mostly for video conferencing n video screen capturing said conferences for company records archiving.

i m waiting for the 2021 WWDC Apple Conference in June 2021 next month to hear what Apple has in store for the m1 ipad pro. right now, it's like driving a ferrari at 50km/h. the m1 ipadpro hardware specs is hardly taxed by any app available now. even Apple itself does not release any full PRO version of the software for it unlike its Mac desktop counterparts.

if they have stock, they will allow you to choose the Store Pickup Option. Otherwise, it is just Delivery Option only.

Need some help. I've earlier on signed up for M1's SIM-only plan. I got home, placed the SIM card into my iPad Pro and I tried to create my M1 ID but the iPad is not receiving messages from a OTP they sent. My iMessage is turned on but still nothing is receiving on my iPad.

Any advise?

iPad cannot receive messages from a new number unless it’s linked to your phone.

You need to activate the new SIM with another phone first before inserting it into your iPad.

I paid in full, no upfront payment. I bought it at iStudio, 11” 128GB.
