why is esim more convenient? I sometimes move my physical SIM card to my mobile wifi router when I have issues with my fibre plan. With esim, the sim is practically stuck in my iPad right? I can't use my 290gb/month plan anywhere else.
This esim switch is making me think about getting the wifi iPad... all my iPad since it was launched is cellular...

that is true if you are using it this way, physical sim more convenient. i was thinking from a getting the e sim point of view to installing it.

But u know the quality is different one. I am using the nano model and the quality is not the same as those external matte protector on the glossy glass. The clarity is almost on par with standard one but the vibrancy is not as good.
As much as I very like this nano texture, the inability to install external protector is kinda sian for me as I am not brave enough to use it naked.

yes if screen protector what do you use? clear?

Maybe try with clear and see how it affects the clarity of the nano texture..if cmi, then I think I will either use naked or just return and get regular one sua.

Scan the QR code again. Technically it's still binded to the same IMEI so it should still connect. But not sure if telco will charge you for so called transfering or reactivating.

i just put on the zeelot matt screen protector, now i am lying to myself that i has the nano textured screen.
actually works perfectly, also very very minimal reflections.

Is there a camera cut out for the screen protector or it is like the iPhone which cover over it?

I got the OtterBox statement studio case from Apple Store yesterday, it’s slim and not bulky, there’s a slot u can open to put ur pencil in if u have it else it will act like normal case with the slot shut and the plus point is the case protects all sides of the iPad
What do you think of the OtterBox statement studio after using it for a few days? I thought of getting it but the reviews have not been great (like the one below):

It’s permanently blinded to the same device, upon restore they will ask if you want to delete the eSIM as well. If not, after restore the eSIM will survive the restoring.

That’s the thing they want to prevent people from sharing data as much as possible lol. I find eSIM mor convenient especially when going overseas I don’t have keep switch SIM card or scare lost it

I just started using it ytd and mostly I’ll be using it to watch dramas/browsing so far I think the stand angle and stableness was ok for me and also it’s slim not bulky, I bought this because of the fully covered for four sides, also I only use it at home mostly so about the dirt thing shouldn’t be a big issue

I also got the case yesterday. I can't get the angle of the back stand to what is shown in the pic in the website for writing. The pencil holder looks like it will break if you accidentally use to much force.

Likely to wait for switcheasy cover buddy to be out before consider other cases.

? I use eSIM when overseas, you already can use eSIM with my m1 iPad Pro 12.9. I always just buy data plan eSIM when I land at the airport sometimes waiting for customs. No need to even visit any shop. You don’t have to switch out the -physical sim either.
The old iPad have both eSIM and physical sim support….

U have to use abit force on the back stand as it’s magnetic, as I don’t use apple pencil hence the holder doesn’t affect me much and it’s good that the holder can be push inside the case

Anyone know where to get a nano-textured iPad in stock? Everywhere seems out of stock. I saw the display at jewel and I like how it looks

why not just place order via Apple Online first? if you manage to get it somewhere else before that, can just cancel order.

I got it from Lazada. Although only the wifi version is available. I got the 11 inch at almost $200 of list price… last piece though. Out of stock now. Delivering by monday. Hopefully I get it tmr…

I just found out the wifi model does not have gps…. I never knew that been using cellular iPads for years…

The standard glass Oled display looks very similar to my miniled iPad. The nano glass looks like a book, paper. I have a color e-ink tablet and I feel the nano glass look similar except the contrast color everything is soooo much better
